How often should I visit the dentist?
We recommend a check-up and hygiene visit every six months to maintain healthy teeth and gums. However, your dentist may suggest a different schedule based on your individual needs.
Do you accept insurance and ACC?
Yes. We work with most insurance providers and ACC. We also provide free dental care for teenagers aged 13–17.
What payment options do you offer?
Payment is due on the day unless prior arrangements are made. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Farmers and Q Card. We also offer 18-month interest-free finance plans to help manage the cost of treatment.
Do you provide sedation?
Absolutely. We offer oral and intravenous sedation for anxious patients or those who prefer to complete more treatment in a single visit.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We love seeing kids and teens, and dental treatment is free for 13–17-year-olds who register with us. We make visits fun and stress-free.
What if I have a dental emergency?
Please call us right away. We reserve time each day for urgent care and will do our best to see you as soon as possible.
